HHA Home Care

Does my insurance pay for a HHA home aide?
In general, Medicare, Medicaid, Long-Term Care Coverage, Private Health Insurance can help cover payment. We are familiar with the varying plans and are available to go over your coverage eligibility. We are also trained in navigating any Medicare issue and can assist you through the application process.
Do your home health aides speak Spanish?
We understand the varying needs of our clients and carefully match caregivers according to suitability. Our diverse staff is made up of the spectrum of backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles. If your loved one can benefit from a multi-lingual aide - particularly one that speaks Spanish - we can easily accommodate that.
How can I be sure all of my mom’s needs are met?
We are very focused on tailoring a plan to meet requirements. Prior to beginning service, our registered nurse sits down with you to discuss individual needs so that we can base a care plan upon it. We then hand-pick a home aide that is qualified to support your priorities while providing companionship. Typically, your health aide will assist with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, eating, transferring, toileting and continence issues. Other tasks may include meal preparation, errand shopping, linen changing, tidying, laundry and medication dispersion.
